In addition to parent/child link lines, it is also possible to create links (relationships) between arbitrary topics. The relationship links can have their colour and arrow head (none, arrow or ball) configured.

To create a link:

1. •Tap the first topic
   

2. •Tap the ‘link’ icon in the toolbar - it will change to have a cross on it and start flashing.
   

3. •Tap the second topic - a link will be created.
   

To cancel the creation of a link, mid-way through, tap the flashing toolbar icon.

The curve of the link line can be modified by dragging the ‘control point’ (a link icon at the tip of a triangle between the two topics.)

The ‘control point’ is only visible for a short period before it auto hides (like the toolbar.) To display it again, tap on one of the topics that is linked.

To change the colour (or arrow head) of the link line, tap the ‘control point’ link icon as below (this is also the place where a link can be destroyed.)
