When sending an email or uploading to box.net/Dropbox it is possible to attach/upload a PNG image of your map. This can be useful when you want to send your thoughts to a colleague who does not have access to mind map software. An example image export can be seen below. The PNG export format must be explicitly enabled - see here for instructions.

...but there is a catch. Due to memory constraints, only an area of approximately 2 million square pixels (approximately 12 screens worth) can be exported. Maps larger than this are automatically ‘chopped’ from the image (for the purpose of export.)

NB: On older iPods and iPhones it can take a while to generate the PNG file (sometimes 20 seconds!)
